Gene expression profiling in lupus using microarrays: I am investigating patterns of gene expression in the blood of lupus patients. Specifically, I would like to identify patterns of gene expression that distinguish lupus patients from healthy control individuals. I would also like to find profiles that correlate with the clinical fluctuations of lupus.
